I know that a lot of emphasis is placed on diet and exercise to achieve good health. Can someone give tips on what a healthy diet constitues? Also, how much exercise is enough?

a healthy diet depends on each person
there size weight age ect
even without that knowedge the general rule is
get around 5 fruit and veg a day
drink plenty of water
high protein meals (chicken ect) to feed the muscles
around 70grams of fat a day
low carbs
omega 3 6 and 9 vitimins a b and c minerals
exercise depends on the type and what your are aiming for
fat loss muscle growth general health
for fat loss
cardio exercise ie jogging bike ride rowing machine
is best first thing in a morning on an empty stomach
45 minutes is the best amoutn of time
