I like to use scrambled eggs for making Amlettes more. Further I used it for Desi dishes like Dosa, Curries etc. It is very good item to be used every day in atleast one item.

I love, love, LOVE eggs benedict! A warm and flaky english muffin on bottom, a juicy slice of canadian bacon, the buttery egg, and some rich hollandaise sauce.....mmmmmmmmm! 'K, now I'm hungry! :)

I used to cook really good eggs, well, I'm sure I still do, especially with olive oil, but since last year I have developed a terrible allergy to the albumin.I sure miss 'em!

I love scrambled eggs with toast. But boiled eggs are really good too. But they make you fart... these day's Im farting a lot and its no good... I got to cut down. But are there any alternatives? Eggs are just so (healthy?) good. Especially for breakfast.
