What kind of a friend do you want?

beside the cliched qualities, i think my friend should have the ability or inclination to point out my faults and shud criticise me for them, and to make me work on my drawbacks. i want them to be more blatant about my bad things instead of goods. this will help me to grow as a person. thank you
