why are some nations not developed yet

some nations from africa and asia are still in the 17th century they have low quality life and they have still no signs to develop
nepal is also the similar conuntry but its progressing towards political establishment seven political parties along with maoist are giving a joint effort
why does this happen is it due to political unestablishment or there are other factors

Yes political unestablisment, but also funding. Sometimes they just can't afford to develop. So sad..
