Promotion compulsory education and awareness programmes

The constitutional directive that makes compulsory free education till the age of 14 has to be implemented with vigour. IF this is done, then the link between caste, illiteracy and child labour would be broken and children from the marginlaized sections would be kept at school during their childhood. Besides, adult unemployment would be reduced considerably. This scheme would obviously require subsides to parents since due to their poverty, their children's work becomes an important part of their family economy.
