no, of course it wasnt impartial, why should it be? it was victors justice it isnt the trial that is important, just the verdict. All i can say is it is one evil man less on the face of the earth

who said it wasn't impartial, even AMNESTY condemned it. this was not the way to try a former ruler of a sovereign nation. the trial and execution were really impartial.

wat they did was wrong, that was not a competent court, that was butcher's shop and Saddam was the bait. im not muslim im a hindu. still a feel there was injustice. coz, i study law. i have neve heard of such a trial.
