buying computer

i like to buy a computer.which computer is good? Buying a laptop or a computer is best? Is there any thing special that we have to look thru when buying it?what about buying a second hand one? I am in search of these questions to buy ia computer or laptop? can you help me?

if u need mobility u should buy a laptop but if u will use it only at home u should buy an ordinary computer, its cheaper than a laptop
