Ways to Grow Taller

I really wish i'm taller than my height right now... I'm 24, and i doubt if i still have a chance. haha! but for the benefit of those who are still young, and would want to grow tall... can you guys suggest any effective ways? my younger sister and brother wants to know... :) thanks!

There are certain exercises that would at least increase your height on a gradual basis. (Taga-Davao din ako ;-))
