Should mobiles be simple to use or tech savvy?

What kind of mobiles do you use? The basic function of a mobile is to communicate with other people either by phone or message. Radio, video recording, photo capturing are other features added to it. Do you prefer mobiles with the basic utilities or the ones that are tech savvy?
