What is the best time to exercise?

for me, the best time to take an exercise is in the morning after going to bed because it cools my body up and gives me more energy to start a new work within my day. But some were doing exercise at night for they find it hard to wake early in the morning or they find it easy to exercise at night to make them tired and sleepy. ANyway, it varies.
