Is Saddam Hussain Execution Justifiable? Or should he been given a last chance?

Now saddam hussain has been executed, do u think war in Iraq has come to an end or is it the beginning, Why did they hang him before the start of the new year, why was the governement in such a hurry to execute him. do u think there are any answers for these questions?

No it's not right. When you rule a country you might end up doing 101 good things and bad things, for that you cannot be punished. It's a very sad end for Saddam. The end of Sddam will not create peace in Iraq. More Violence will take place between Shia and Sunni and US want this to happen. The governement was hurry because of US pressure. The only answer for things happening in Iraq is OIL OIL OIL...

Actually they wanted to go ahead and execute him because of an Islamic holiday that forbids the killing of another person. I am not sure the name of the holiday but I read it on a news site. It may have been Rhamadan or something like this. I am not sure how I feel about his execution or anyone elses for that matter. I think it makes us just as bad as the person we are punishing.

ya it was very much justifiable...saddam did not have any rite to shoot living people...iam happy for hanging saddam

If he would've gotten a second chance, he would've probably done the same thing over and over again. But, who knows, maybe he would've done better this time around.
