is having a third party in your relationship inevitable?

this is a question out of observation. I can see lots or relationships that suffer from this situation. I dont really know what the purpose is, nor the reason why engage in such. But can you consider having a third party in your relationship hard to evade?

This is not true. Some people just use it as an excuse for them to have somebody on the side.

most like if the relationship is not strong or the relationship gets boring and whatever blah...but it actually depends on the person that is having a relation and starts to entertain the third party...then we go back to the first reason i mentioned earlier.....so my advice.. if ur getting bored, or falling out of love...have a break-up a formal one, dont go cheating while ur in a relationship....

In some of my relationships it has happened. When I first met my boyfriend four years ago he had just gotten out of one. She wasn't a factor in ours but I found myself comparing my own actions to hers. After awhile though him and I fell in love and to this day, we can talk about our past relationships and just laugh it all off. After all, we're with eachother now and we were with eachother then so that has to speak for something this many years later.
