My Dad is my Hero

My dad is my hero and sadly he passed away in September 2006. He will be dearly missed. He loved to invent things and make things with his hands. He was an excellent handyman. He loved to travel, as did my mom. I get the travel bug from them. Hee Hee. He was a very smart man and many people looked up to him for advice about business and other reasons. He always had a smile on his face, no matter how much pain or worry he had going on. He had many friends all over the United States. I drove his van to town one day and everyone was waving until they realized it was not my dad. Hee! hee!

Sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. I lost my dad from cancer in June 2004. I know how you feel.

Sorry to hear you lost your dad. I am glad to read you have such good memorries to your dad! My dad is also a hero to me. He is really ill, has a lung desease. He and my mom are hero's too.. they are soo strong!
