how to forward an email using the sender's address?

I receive an email which I want to forward, but using my MS Outlook, if I forward the email then the sender is me.. I want to send the email with the sender to be the original sender. Is it possible?

The only legal way to do this is if the user gave you their account information and allowed you to log in to their account and send the email. If you send any email from your account, you will be the sender.
