What is the cure for sleep talking ?

hey i have been recently having intense dreams i dont know y i hae been sleep talkin. and i have been talking loud wat shopuld i do ????? some body help

I don't think sleep talking is a sickness, therefore I don't think it can be cured.
Not sure if there is something you can take to help stop it. I know there are people that really talk a lot in their sleep (the stories are elaborate but don't make sense) and walk as well.
I know my cousin used to get out of her room but I am not sur if she still does that. Maybe people grow out of it in time.
