how to wake up with abundant energy in the morning

when we sleep the more deep sleep the more healty we become i have seen many people so passive that they get up from their bed as if they have been working the whole night many people seem to have similar problem why are these people having these problems ? how can they get free from it?

They probably aren't getting quality sleep. You usually need at least 6 hours of quality sleep. Your sleep has to go into the full stages of REM.
