i love food. i keep on trying various kinds of food. i liking cooking as well. but the problem is I AM OVERweight. and wants to lose some weight to save myself from various diseases. i want some good suggestion from u friends.

Have 4 glass water in the morning before getting fresh. Stop eating junk food and deep fried foods. Prefer Canola Oil only for cooking purpose. If possible do Kapalbhati and Alom Vilom regularly. In 1-2 months you will see a change and glow in your face.
