oh I have a very bad habit of chewing nails ...I do it subconsciously when I am sitting on the comp.....for eg when i'm using the mouse my other hand is free so i Automatically start chewing the nails on that hand..
Its a dreadful habit...have any suggestions on how to get rid of it ?

then do one think spray the nails with pepper or chilli spray.i think this is little bit funny ,but it works.u can try it

Yea its a little drastic but if it gets me to stop bitting my anils i'm all for it

I do not have the habit of biting the nails, whenever I am in deep thinking, I peel off the dry skin on my lips. This I must have been doing for the past 20 years.

I used to bite my nails, but now I am so busy I do not have time and now the thought of biting them seems repulsive.

I would say I have the bad habbit but now a days it has been minimised, earlier I used to bit my nails a lot ... but not now it happens sometime.

oh god , i used to have this habbit as akid and i bit my nails so much that they became too smal , but now i m in quite a control .
i only bite when i m tense

yes, i have that bad habit. i hate it but, i dont know how my fingers come to my mouth when my hands are free. i notice only wheen i remember that i have to quit this habit. if not it will be like normal thing for me.
