success means what?

For me succes is not how much you can earn money in your job, nor how much are earnings now. Success is not having a diploma after college nor getting a good job... I think this are the rewards.
succes is doing great things,doing good things, and things that doesnt hurt anyone...

success for me is not about money or anything material.. Success is what every people wants.. For me, it is about reaching your goal or your purpose in life like making other people happy and contributing in the society, touching ones life. It's about living a life.

Success is a general term but with thousands of interpretations because everybody has a specific understanding and criteria for success. For many people, earning lot of money is the goal of their life, so it's easy to undertand their success if they have reached their goals while some people may want to get certain kinds of achievements and take it as a success if they achieve at last. I'm a teacher, and my "success" comes up and down when I saw my students doing well in the subject I teach, I've a sense of achievement and I call it a success; when my students give a poor performance in their subject, I would tend to think that it's my failure.
