do you ever feel like your mind is going to burst, you are being pulled 100 different ways?

When/if this happens you should just take a deep breath, sort out what absolutely has to be done and take it from there. There is no point in worrying about things that you cannot change because if you could change them, then you would do so. Also if you are being pulled in all directions and you don't set some guidelines then everyone is a loser because nothing gets achieved.
