what if money disappears

Some times I become very serious about our human life and one thing I can't resolve, that's the concept of money! Say we all think on this issue don't you think human life will change. This money only is creating so many problems isn't it? so som eulternative can be found out. what is your view on this? Can you put some lines on this please???

everybody need money and always think about it. if money dissapear? i think we use gold or the other currency as the transaction methods

I mean if efforts are not sold in any form or working without any expectations in either money or any kind. Just go on working just for the purpose of satisfaction and pleasure. The problem of food, clothes and shelter should be free, this can be done gentleman! Just action needed
