Yoga is more effective than aerobics for obesity

Yoga is more relatively effective than any other excersice like aerobics . although both aerobics and yoga were found to be effective in controlling over weight and excessive body fat.While pateint ,who followed Yoga and a dtrict diet lost upto 15kg body fat.

well it depends how overweight you are if you are really obese and trying to lose weight then the best thing is to do body conditioning classes and build up slowly cause as you lose all that weight you may have heart and breathing problems to begin - yoga is ok but it involves quite a lot of flexibility and this needs quite a lot of breathing power aswell its best to start with low impact and toning for more info please message me i added a pending friend request

They both have = and you need to take them bouth by little at everthing .

Yoga is great mentally too. It helps you concentrate and control your body and mind
