yes they also have dreamz to look but they did not do this as they are loosing something in their life

I don't think that a person that is Not blind can see their dreams either. To me dreaming is the subconscience mind living an episode of some sort or other; therefore, for all practical purposes, no.

I think it depends on if they were blind from birth or not.

hmmm interesting one lol! cant be that hard to find out, just ask a blind person.
