what would motivate you to give you your best performance?

any work needs motivation,but there are certain factors that will motivate you the most.what is it? 1.money 2.social status. 3.reputation and fame. 4.love 5.inspiration from your boss 6.honesty inside you for me its money.it motivates me to give out the best in me.offcourse love motivates me.but its money for me,what about you?

I think it is recognition of a job well done and of course money helps. I don't expect money for everything I do, but I do like to be recognised for the things I do.

well i guess it is not a single cause to motivate. for me it is a mixture of money and emotions. again it may vary in some case. one cannot specify a single cause for motivation

to speak the truth i must tell you that if mylot had not been paying you,then i guess you wont have find the exact enthusiasm in your postings.its money mixed with trace emotions i guess.i think you would not have even joined it had it not promised to pay you.hehe.isnt it?

for me it's love. love is the motivation of all things. you have to have that to live. without someone loving you or loving someone you have nothing. also money. if i were to be paid more to do the same thing i am now then i would put all i've got into it. also getting a better job in the company you are working for would motivate me especially if you have to do better than others to get there.
