is it right that they get settles in western countries forgetting their home land??

Yes you are right. From what I have experienced this is true. Indians forget their homeland. They never even think of giving something to India. I am surprised by the behaviour of NRI's. They think they are great and people living in India are stupid. I am saying most NRI's, not all. And this annoys me.

that's good they are moving but they should send their salaries to India to their parents and increase Indian economy ratio in spite of investing other countries .

I don't think that we can say this is "right" or "wrong". A lot of people from India come to European countries or the U.S. and Canada because they can get good jobs utilizing their skills and education in these other countries. I don't think that it is a matter of them wanting to leave their home land, and they certainly don't want to forget their culture, as most of them that I have seen in the U.S. are still culturally oriented to Indian ways. It appears to be a matter of opportunity and economics.

I think it is right because if our own country is not giving employment or jobs then what will theses people do,they can't sit at home and sit the whole life for any opportunity to come there way.here in my area there are thousands of boys who don't do any job rather not getting any job.
