your point on drinking and driving?

I would just like some thoughts on drinking and driving. I beleive it is wrong and so do alot of people but why do so many people do it. does anyone have any storys on this subject?

drunked drivers should be punished..they put the life innocent people who use the road also under threat...no human should do that.

I agree but people still do it. Do you think that there could be something done about it? and if you do, what can they do?
