what are the natural ways of loosing weight , irrespective of dating option

i dont want to eat less but at the same time i want to loose weight, is there any option for me?

I know something that worked for me. Eat what ever you want (with in reason) 4 hours before going to bed. In the last 4 hours of your day eat nothing and only drink water. Do this everyday for a month and you should see a weight loss.

There are lots of natural ways of loosing weight. One is to add spices to the food. For eg ginger, chilly, white onions, etc can help to increase digestions and metabolism. Gandari mulakku a form of chill can help digestion and decrease cardiac risk. Try to drink one glass of milk before sleeping, this will helps to stooling. I take lot of pineapple this also is good for digestion. Substitute junk foods and snacks with lots of fruits and green leaf vegetables. Try drinking vegetable soup before lunch and supper. Drink plenty of water. I always tries to drink as much water I can consume in different forms. This helps to keep the stomach full always and also helps to decrease the food intake. There is also something called water therapy, which you can learn from net stating to take coconut water or 1.5 liters of water early morning before consuming food.

you can try to substitute supplementary shakes and fruits. also try to drink lots of water and do not forget to exercise. good luck! :)

The biggest thing you can do, is exercie more often. That way you can eat the same amount of food you have been enjoying, but it can burn off some of that weight. Staying active is a great way to stay healthy, and to live a longer life.

u need to exercise everyday or every other day.. so that u can loose weight..
