if a man is overly hygienic, is he a gay?

Haha! That's good. Never thought about that. But I have a friend that's like that....and DEFINITELY NOT gay! I tend to wonder, at least initially, though if they're very vain and always primping their hair or something, very well coiffuered(sp?). Aloha!

Hey, don't say that. Can't a straight guy stay clean. I also take bath twice a day and wash my face several times a day and yet I am straight.

that is definately not a reason to assume he is gay....or even think it... some people are just very clean and want to always feel and be clean... though i do agree with meowww to some degree...maybe it is OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) but not always.. i think its better to be overly clean than someone who cares little for his hygiene and nowadays it is more common for men to take better care of themselves...not just gay guys

Not really, although this is quite out of normal male behaviour, the discipline where this guy grew up in has a strong influence on how he is today. I have a nephew who is like that he is not only hygienic with himself but his room, clothing and surroundings as well, that is because her mother is also like him.

I don't think so. Maybe the guy is extremely health conscious. If they were washing their faceoften, it could also mean another thing; for example; they have a facial skin disease. So what if that person washes their hands a lot; it could mean that they were wanting to impressive the women, with their superior cleanliness and hygiene attitude than all the other men. Just thinkb about it more before you draw conclusions!

i know a male friend who is more vain than me. he washes his face often and keeps himself clean all the time. plus he almost has tried all anti -wrinkle creams. but he's not gay. he's actually inlove with his girlfriend and they're gonna get married soon.

I dont think those are definite signs of gayness, alot of mean like to smell good all the time. There are other tell tale signs that he may be gay
