I have no idea but I think that he would be getting in some money from royalties still, but it is hard to know as he has been in a number of legal disputes. I did read that some of his money from royalties etc was going to pay some huge debts he has.

Yes you are right he has many royalties but he did a show and must have paid for that .

My understanding is that he lives in the United Arab Emirates because of the anonymity it gives him. I don't know what he is doing musically but I am sure he would still be making good money in royalties from his music. He also used to own the rights to a lot of Beatles songs but I am not sure if he does anymore?
