What is your favorite type of employment?

I would like to find out what types of work you have done. Which job was your favorite? I have a varied background as far as employment. I have worked as a waitress, certified nurse's aide, certified medication aide, a cook, a dishwasher, bookkeeper, maid and housekeeper. I also cut and hauled pulp wood in Louisiana as well as managing the woodyard. My favorite job is waitressing. I really like to know what other people like about their jobs.
