effexor withdrawels

I just got off effeor 225 mgs

I was on effexor for many years,and got off about a month ago.I am just now feeling better.Had major dizziness,nausea.It was horrible.

i am so foolish to ask u now.. but what is effexor?..what are its symtoms?..why and how do get it?..most importantly what happens when u have it?..
