The time 10:10 is showed in all watch ads .. why is it so special ?

I think it's a nice (in a digital sense) visual time, it's equal in terms of size and they're even numbers.

It looks like a smile, which subconsciously allows us to think of the product as a happy thing.
Also, it keeps the hands out of the way of each other and important details on the watch face.
