She'll say you I dont love you=S or while she's dytching you she'll start making some shttyy lame excuses which means she is showing her puss*, inshort she'll start ignoring and you'll get to know that she is cheating.

Probably if you saw her with another guy... or girl if thats how she is. But get one of her friends to tell you, even thought hey probably won't. Get a wing man to get all the info. Thats what i would do, theres no actual way of finding unless you see her with another guy.
