I love those wonderful crystal animals and jewelry of SVAROVSKI. Now my daughter let a nice pinguin fall down and one of the wings fell off. Also a rabbit lost an ear. Does somebody know with what glue or which technology to repair those wonderful models? And where to get spareparts?

I think you can repair them with special glue used to repair glass. Of course it will never look like new again but it can be restored although you have to be very careful with the glue so it doesn't overflow. I don't think you can spare parts for them but maybe if you contacted the manufacturer they might be able to help. Good luck and hope they can be fixed for you. :)

Last week I was offerd by a dealer what you suggested: They take the broken pieces back home to Austria to the factory and I have to pay only for the postage.
