Sorabh can be the cptain of indian team in world cup 2007

i think that this is a good question at not the best of times sourav ganguly has always been a very very innovative captain but he has made a entry back just a few days ago he is not a permanent member of the indian team yet and what is more important is to perform as a player what is the plus point with dravid is that the is very cool and calm and approaches the game with a very positive attitude ]this helps him in his batting he has been performing well as a batsman too whereas the case with ganguly was opposite he was not performing well as a player therefore he was sent out of the indian team and as all of us already know that rahul dravid has been selected as the captain if the indian team so there is no question of debate yes ganguly is good but he has to first perfrom as a player and then he might be the captain again who knows??

i don't think its sourbh's captaincy that helped in india's win... the reason was that at that time we had young bloods like yuvi which has cooled off now..........

No chance bro. because it is already decided that Rahul Dravid will lead the team for world cup 2007. He can hope for 2011 world cup if he stays in the team.

Saurabh is a aggressive and passionate sportsman, and no matter he performs or not, but he has the ability to make other players perform at their best. Only thing he needs is to keep his mouth shut for some time, that is the only factor i am worried about.

rahul is captain because chappel wanted him to be , he is not a captain for his skills for a captain . saurav is the one who has plenty of experience and has a cappability to turn thing around with his captaincy tallent no matter what the situations are . if we want to win the world cup we have to give him the responciblity .

I don't think saourav can reach captaincy before world cup because it is not too far from now and also Rahul is doing well at the moment.

hey sorry to just distract you but you know what i would like to say that now india is at the peak of its what we say bad form and it is not only that any of the one person is responsible for it. whether the qestion is: Q.should sourav be made the captain of the team? Q.is sourav giving the team what people were expecting after his come back? Q.sehwag is not playing good? Q.tendulkar out of form? Q.dravid took this or that decision wrong? Q.the coach is not good? Q.the coach is more a politician? Q.wrong decision of the board of taking this bowler in the team whereas the other one was required? Q.coach taking gangully case personal? ...... and many mre do not you people think that all what is happening is not good and what these people are doing is just decreasing their world cup chances? do not you think that it is not the problem with one person whole team is responsible? wrong strategies,bad form... what is this is this what indian team has to show to the world that we are the one?

I agree with you, he deserve to be the captain of india. But we cant predict anything..dravid is a good captain..
