Do you buy gold or diamond ornament for your wife each year?

In our country it is a tradition to buy gold or diamond ornaments for wife and for daughter. At our hardship days sometimes it become helpful to get cash money from it too.

Yeah I used to get gold to my wife and mom at the time of "akshaya Tritiya" in India.

Well, it would be really nice if my husband buys me gold stuff every year. I don't mind getting a diamond anyday.
