Would this be a good gift for dad?

I saw the California Car Sweeper last night on tv. You're suppose to be able to wash your car without water and soap - I thought dad would like it.
Any other suggestions?

It sounds a novel idea, but isn't the fun in car washing the soapy suds? My Dad usually wants some kind of drill so I rarely have to think about what to get him!
