does the rate of payment depends on the quality of messages you post?

i just want to know if there is possibilty of earning higher if you have posted interested topics with many responses. and if ever you respond with quality and long discussions that is considered having greater income.

Yes it does depend o quality of your text, your posts should be useful and meaningful for users here. No matter how long or short they are.
