In respect to their attitude, nature, looks, thinking, ideas, goals, life, towards family, responsibilities, duties, care, maturity, optimistic, pessimistic etc, makes them totally different from each other?

physically they diff..females are more strong in emotional setbacks..females are fickle minded ..

Yes u r correct imotionally they r strong. But u have given very little scope. There are many thing that makes them different from each other
