do you go at MCdonalds?

I'd say not more than twice a week. Usually just once. They are too fattening for me as i loved their food so much.

yea all the foods are unhealthy, even the salads are unhealthy, but i still like it as treat to myself, everything is good for you, but only in small amounts, that is why with macdonals i only go once every 2 weeks or similar, i very rarely go anymore than that, and the times i do go are usually only with friends, i wouldnt be hungry and purposely go down to macdonalds for food, id much prefer to make something at my house, or simply buy a ploughmans from tesco or similar.

I do go to mac donalds but i dont go often yea ... after all the foods there are unhealthy yea

Sadly we don't have McDonald outlets in our city. SO, have never visited it.

lol I work there so I go five days a week and sometimes on my day off and yes I eat there in the five days thats my tea.

2 times...But not every week...When I've time, in holidays...

When there was one near to my house I tried to limit myself to once a week. Now I don't live as close to one so I go probably once or twice a month. Cos I go less often it tastes a lot nicer when I do go these days!

Previously the visit to McDonalds was almost every week, but after reading all those health magazines, I limit my visits nowadays to just.. every other week :)
