I know that everyone knows that we must drink daily 8 glasses of water. But do U drink that much water. I drink and it is also healthy for your skin too.If u drink jucie also , U must drink lots of water for yourskin healthy.How much water do U drink?

I try to drink at least 2 liters of water a day but sometimes I just can't refuse to drink soda.
