134 A flour question

Please tell me what the healthiest flour is. Why do you think that? I will only be reading and rating all replys. Thank you.

I am not too sure about this one, but I have just bought a new breadmaker and my cousin has recommended that I use stelt flour as it supposed to be very healthy and less fatenning than ordinary flour. I can only purchase it in a health food shop.

whole grain flour - rye, wheat, soy, spelt, triticale and others all have been used to make edible goodies for people across the ages
any whole grain flour is the best, however different grains will yield different results so some wheat flour will be needed for success with some whole grain flours. Start small and investigate the different flavors and you will find which you prefer and what works best for you.

Flour is flour to me. some people like to use buckwheat flour or unsifted, sifted. I only buy one kind white flour.
