man VS wild

I haven't seen it yet but I like watching these types of shows! We go camping and I was fascinated by the onw tour we took that showed what plants and things could be eaten in the wild

i have never see the show.but it sounds like it would be fun to watch an learn a few good ideals to survive,if it ever happens to someone.but i think i would eat nuts an berries instead of snake.

Ive never heard of this show. But does sound interesting. Ill have to check it out.

My girlfriend and I watched this once and were not impressed. Perhaps the show has improved, but we saw one in which he tried to survive in the desert and made some obvious mistakes/ignored things he should have done. There might be some things people could pick up and retain for future use, should they find themselves needing to put their survival skills to work, but all in all I wouldn't recommend that anyone rely on it for survival in the wild.

Its amusing. I watch every so often. Reminds me of my days as a boy scout or while roughing it as a ranchhand in Montana. Far more entertaining than a lot of the reality stuff thats on TV right now.

I love this show and it is very interesting. I liked the one where he made a raft out in the pacific and all those sharks were bumping it that would be pretty scary. I couldn't even imagine how freaky that would be. I also like the one where he was stranded out in the snow and he jumped in that freezing cold lake spot where he showed you what to do if you ever jumped in one. Now that would be cold and you have to have a lot of strength to pull yourself out of that. It shows how strong he really is. I don't think this show plays anymore because he has ran out of places to travel. I wish it still played. P.S. Have you seen the one where he ate the magots? Ish!

Who eats snakes that is gross. Why does he eat snakes and worms he is crazy. you think he soes that to get attention? well I'm sure he's getting some peoples, atten! make me sick to my stomach. LOL.

yes, i have watched it and hes very practical. its great and can help with one who gets stuck out in the wild. and he shows us how to survive with just whats around us we just need to know how.

Most probably I would die of starvation, because I would never see myself eating a snake or a worm. Though my uncle used to narrate this story. I dont know if its true or not. That during the second world war his family used to kill and eat rats. They did not have anything else to eat. He said their meat was delicious... yuck!

If you can share the name of the new tv show, I could look for it...sounds interesting though
