How to manage friend's request for New year's calender

This year a lot of my friends are requesting me to arrange for some New Year's Calendars. Just can't say 'no' to them, and, on the other hand, do not know how to collect so many calendars. Earlier, I used to get lots of calendars (as FREE gifts), but this year, I do not think, I'm going to get that much. Whether I should buy the calendars for distribution , or tell them my inability, what do you suggest?
