one child eats healthy the other one doesnt who will be better behaved?

hi all my nan thinks that if i was to feed one of my children healthy foods no sweets that this child would behave better than my other child who is eating sweets and other unhealthy foods do you think this is true what is your opinion on this or do you think its aload of nonsence?
