A simple and most overlooked way to keep your clients coming back to you for more business is to be courteous and say thank you. There are plenty of opportunities to be courteous to your clients if you keep your eyes and ears open. Irrespective of whether you are an entrepreneur or work in the corporate sector. Do you thank your Client or How do you express it ?

Yes,to be a successful business man we should take care of customer verywell.The customer must be satisfied not only in the product wise but also in the areas of service and reception also.Doing the best in these areas also makes the customer coming back to us again and again.
