if more talented person than u has joined under you...how to traet him?

If a new person has joined under you is more talented than you can trace the problem more easily than u and also qualification of him is high but he is under u and u know very well , tommorow he can beat u.........
then what will u do?

hi,really good discussion..having talent in particular fields and qualification in particular subject is different and managing the show is different .if you have knowledge of managing people no body can beat you,eventhough you don't know anysubject.take examples of politicians and millionaires...they UTILISE the services of talented people and come up well,the talented people will remain as talented people.

It is usual scene that youngsters overtake seniors due to their advance learning techniques. One should take it in positive sense and feel happy that the more talented person is his junior. Live and Let Live.
