add airtime to airtank that just exspired, plus it still has units left on it

i just had a tracfone stolen from me about a mo. ago, i put 120 units on it .when it was taken i had about 85 units left on it. so i called tracfone and shut down the sim card that was stole. the operator for tracfone told me that they would replace the 120 units when i got a new phone.the problem is the phone i bought dfrm the flea market ran out of airtime. also i misplaced the ref. number she gave me to transfer everything. i have all the old paperwork on the phone,simcard,airtimecard, and store reciept. can you help me?
