I 'm not contradicting your disagreement.Yes ,its my mistake. My answer sounds as if I'm disagreeing with your disagreement.Sure praise is necessary where it is necessary.I intend to drive home that praising an undeserrved or praising without understanding whether praise is necessary or not is ill.Praising with a good intention to motivate a person is a must.About this I don't have any options left but agreeing with you. I may please be pardoned for this jarring note,
