A few minutes ago I received a letter "A pornographic movie is being shot and is intended to show up in America soon, which shows Jesus and his disciples as homosexuals. This is similar to a play that has been in the Theatre halls for a while. It's called Corpus Christi , which means "The Body of Christ". It is a revolting joke of our Lord. Should Christians boycott this movie and do their utmost this movie from being shown in theatres? Should mass demonstrations taks place to protest against this movie?

Oh man, is that old meme still going around? That silly chain letter started back in the mid 90s. There is no movie. The closest that gets to it is there's a movie out there where a Christ-figure (a man who believes he's Jesus reincarnated and becomes a beacon of hope for the outcast of society) is gay. There is no movie, it's propaganda that was drummed up to try and stir more anti-gay sentiments. It's a lie created to trick people into acts of hate, that's all. It's as real as those emails from outcast Nigerian princes.

Yeah, I wish it would stop. It was started by a minister with radical anti-gay views. And people are always passing it along, and people refuse to believe it's not real. I agree completely. If Jesus were to be born today, he'd be hanging out with the gays and the potheads and the goths and all those other outcast groups, spreading the word of love and acceptance. Because that's what Jesus is all about.

That sounds like just another attempt to demonize what this Mna stood for. Would Jesus' sexuality some howchange the impact that He has had on the history of the world? I don't think so. The bottom line is that He was obviosly a truelly special and very blessed man. He is Gods creation and therefore perfect. Any one who tries to contradict that will in the end answer to a higher authority...The highest authority...God. I wouldn't want to be that man on judgement day...

While such a movie is blasfamists and offensing, I wouldn't worry about it to much. The people who would shoot such a movie are doing so just to get a rise out of poeple.

Well, I don't think it is really necessary to protest, the people who make such blasphemy are sad individuals with some axe to grind, no intelligent person could take it seriously all the best urban

I firmly believe that no Christian should pay money to theater or any business supporting this garabage. Boycott - Yes! Should we attempt to stop the movie from showing? NO in doing that we would only be drawing more attention to the falsehoods and it would reflect badly on us and thus God. Pray for these people - yes, but encourage our friends and families not to contribute.
